Most items are not restockable, so item(s) will be based on first come first serve basis, provided payment received. However, do inform us if you would like to hold on the item for maximum of 2 days.
Otherwise, item(s) will automatically pass for those who make the payment first without any notifications. Your understanding is much appreciated.

- For high demand items, priority will be given for buyers who make the payment first.

-Reservation only for 2 days. Unless 50% deposit paid.
-Deposit will be forfeited if the balance is not been cleared within 2 weeks.
-Payment which make from other bank will take 1 to 3 working days to clear the payment into our Maybank/CIMB Bank account. We will send out your items only after we received your payment.
- Please ensure that there is someone to collect the parcel when it is arrived (Courier services).
- We do not responsible on any lost during the delivery.
- Items may be reserved for a maximum period of 2 days. Once the 2 days are up, it'll be released to the rest once again. (Unless stated whoever pay first will get item first)
- Payments to be made to our Maybank/CIMB Bank account within 1 day of confirmation.
Method of transferring are as follow:
· Internet Banking (Fund Transfer): Provide me with the exact transaction time, date, amount & reference number as the bank does not tell who the payer is.
· Cash Deposit Machine: (any Maybank/CIMB Bank branch) Provide me with the time, date, amount & branch. Please make sure you keep the receipt as I may need you to validate your payment by fax or email.
- Goods will be mailed the next day after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- Goods sold are NEW and in good condition. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages occurred during shipping.
- Goods sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable unless it was a defected item.(Must inform us upon received/items successful delivered)
- No exchange,refund nor return will be entertain after 2 days buyer received the items.
- Buyers are to bear all shipping cost via courier services. Note: Postage will be determined by the weight of your item.
